Postage and Shipping

Your order will be usually sent within 1-3 business days after cleared payment is received, unless stated otherwise in the product description given on the website. EU parcel usually takes 3-5 business days, overseas and non-EU parcel takes around 5-10 business days (15 business days for Australia and New Zealand) but might take longer if the parcel was held/delayed by customs. Orders are placed in large bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes. We use National Postal Services (USPS in USA, Royal Mail in UK, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc) so please check your tracking on their sites, tracking number is given in your confirmation email when the order is posted. We consider parcels lost in post if the tracking has not been updated longer than 10 working days after the last estimated delivery date. If the parcel arrives after we had refunded you a 'lost' order, it is your obligation to either refuse the collection of the parcel from postman so the parcel is returned to us unopened, OR pay us back the refunded amount.

Small orders up to 59 grams always have TWO postage options available, the cheaper one is NOT tracked and is chosen at buyers responsibility. This means that in rare cases the parcels gets lost in post we take no responsibility for the fact.

PLEASE mind that GLOBAL EXPRESS service allows parcel weight of only up to 2kg. This means that orders heavier than that will be packed into two separate parcels with two separate tracking numbers.
